Design and mold development
The designer creates the pattern, and then the sculptor or uses CNC technology to produce a high-precision metal mold.
Raw material mixing and foaming
Mix the two liquid components of polyurethane (PU) (polyol and isocyanate) in a mixer according to a specific formula.
Pouring and Molding
Rapidly inject the mold. The slurry undergoes a chemical reaction, expands, foams, and fills the entire mold cavity
Maturation and Shaping
The molded parts need to be cured in the mold to achieve the final physical properties, and then demoulded.
Post-processing and processing
The PU surface is smoother, and it is sprayed with water-based environmentally friendly primer, making it easy to paint
Quality Inspection and Packaging
Finally, quality inspection is conducted, and the products are packaged and shipped out after passing the inspection.
